440 was established to provide the highest level of personal service, customizable to each client’s specific wishes in property management. 440 Estate Management especially caters to those clients who do not want to commit to a full-time Estate Manager, or who have occasional or seasonal needs.  Importantly, 440 Estate Management is fully insured.
 

440 Estate Management will create and maintain preventative maintenance schedules and source, onboard and supervise all tradespeople/vendors who will be servicing your property. Everything from lawn and garden maintenance to plumbing and electrical work can be arranged and taken care of so that your home is ready for you. 440 Estate Management can also be available to handle urgent responses for your property or simply mind your home while you are away.  A representative (but not complete) list of services is below.
